August 2015<\/strong>
\nIn the early 2000s I curated a sound art series<\/strong> called Alula Ton Serien<\/a>.
\nI think it was the concert series where I met Hendrik Walcher, an ornithologist<\/strong>
\nand sound recordist<\/strong> for the first time.
\nI remember not very detailed at things from that time, simply because
\nI was so busy these days. But I vividly remember someone who enthusiastically<\/span><\/strong>
\ntold<\/span> me that he<\/span> finally could manage to get a<\/span> sound recording<\/span> of a<\/span> Common
\nNightingale<\/span> Luscinia megarhynchos<\/em>.\u00a0 It was Hendrik.
\nAt this time my activities slowly shifted from sound art to sound recording,
\nespecially wildlife sounds<\/strong>. He<\/span> has made me<\/span> really<\/span> curious<\/strong> about these
\nNightingales<\/span><\/span> and so much more!!<\/span><\/p>\n

Years later Hendrik again got in contact with me. Well, time to celebrate
\nour renewed contact<\/strong> a little bit!<\/p>\n
