But why? First, quite simple, because it\u00b4s an <strong>amazing bird.<br \/>\n<\/strong>On the other hand I am fascinated by large <strong>birds of prey<\/strong> in general.<\/p>\n<p>In course of <strong>rock climbing trips<\/strong> to former <strong>stone pits<\/strong> last summer I discovered<br \/>\na few territories. This spring should be the right <strong>time to make sound recordings<br \/>\nof <\/strong>their display calls there.<br \/>\nI expected that their annual cycle would be disturbed through this <strong>unusual long<br \/>\n<\/strong>winter and end of march wouldn&#8217;t be too late.
