\nmoult quietly hidden<\/strong> in the shrubbery. From time to time you can hear males\u00a0singing<\/strong> in
\naim to teach their offspring<\/strong> species-specific songs, probably in particular\u00a0dialects<\/strong>.\u00a0But the
\ntime of exuberant dawn choruses<\/strong> and day and night time singing is over.<\/p>\n

That gives an ornithologist time to do her\/his homework<\/strong> or to have a closer look to\u00a0other
\nclasses of animals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To me, grasshoppers, cicadas and crickets<\/strong> have always been fascinating since\u00a0Leipzig based
\nmulti-talented Marcus Held<\/a> opened my ears to the insect world<\/strong>\u00a0deep in meadow or steppe
\nhabitats.<\/p>\n
